Premier Management Associates is currently recruiting for a Portfolio Property Manager for communities in the Central Jersery area.

Through superior resident services and the constant attention we give owners and investors, we create value and preserve assets. Currently, we manage a portfolio of over 60 communities in the State of New Jersey and continue to grow.
The Property Manager is responsible for providing leadership and direction to the associations. They will ensure the financial and operational success of a community by providing the optimal balance of customer service and expense savings. They should provide recommendations on how to continually improve the Associations. They will be skilled in managing a portfolio of communities and will have full administrative support for each of them.
The ideal candidate will have:
· Minimum of 5 years of property management experience
· Organized with strong administrative skills
· Ability to manage staff
· Contractor management and negotiating skills
· Ability to oversee construction projects
· Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
· Ability to take charge and trouble shoot issues quickly and efficiently
· Experience in preparing Management Reports and Board Packages
