General Description of Position:
The Quality Manager supervises the production process making sure that all products meet consistent standards. Duties include developing and implementing quality control tests, inspecting products, analyzing data, writing reports and documentation of production issues.
General Responsibilities and Duties:
· Maintaining the established Quality System
· Creating necessary work instructions
· Creating and controlling company forms
· Responding to customer needs
· Inspecting products at various stages of the process
· Conducting weekly, monthly and yearly internal audits.
· Ensuring that products adhere to quality standards
· Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data
· Adhering to deadlines for the delivery of products
· Training and managing production staff in production practices and quality assessment of goods
· Tracking products through the manufacturing process to guarantee that each part of the process is correct
· Performing detailed and documented inspections of final products to ensure products are compliant with industry and company standards
· Eliminating products that do not meet customer and industry standards

Education/Experience Required:
· Working knowledge of contract manufacturing of electronic assemblies
· Experience with risk management regulations and application
· 4 years’ relevant quality systems experience with supervisory experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
· Understanding of working in a regulated environment IPC, ISO and AS9100
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $92,000.00 per year
