Instructors will follow the example and guidelines set forth by the Chief Instructor/School Manager and will be dedicated to the highest level of development of the students and the school.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Teach high quality, exciting and safe classes which help students improve both their mental and physical abilities.
- Teach life lessons and prepare students for their next belt level, if applicable.
- Track students’ attendance.
- Make attendance calls for all students who have been with the school for three (3) months or more.
- Schedule and teach “extra help” sessions for students.
- Teach and nurture the Leadership Team and Assistant Instructors.
- Promote upcoming school events.
- Re-motivate disenchanted students.
- Miscellaneous tasks as assigned.
