Full Job Description - Advanced Practice Provider (Nephrology Focus)
Emphasis: This position offers a unique opportunity for an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to specialize or further their expertise in nephrology.
Renal Experience: Prior experience in nephrology is highly preferred. This includes familiarity with common renal conditions, treatments (including dialysis management), and relevant diagnostic procedures.
Qualifications:
- Education: Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or Physician Assistant (PA) from an accredited institution. Successful completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program with advanced training in expanded nursing skills is required for NP candidates.
- Certification: Current and unrestricted licensure as a Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in the state.
- Specialty Focus: While experience in Internal Medicine or Family Practice is valuable, a strong interest in and dedication to nephrology is essential.
