Job Duties / Responsibilities
- Perform patient intake procedures including measuring vital signs and documenting patient information
- Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and treatments
- Conduct routine procedures such as EKGs
- Handle medical administrative tasks including scheduling appointments and maintaining patient records
- Provide exceptional patient service by addressing inquiries and ensuring a comfortable environment
- Collaborate with the medical team to deliver quality care in outpatient, and urgent care settings
Skills
- Proficient in coding and medical terminology
- Strong knowledge of physiology and medical procedures
- Ability to perform vital sign assessments accurately
- Excellent medical administrative support skills
- Prior experience in urgent care is advantageous
Hours of Operations:
Kaneohe Office Hours: Daily 8:00 am - 7:00pm; Must be available to work rotating weekends.
