Key Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed sales forecasts within assigned territory by calling on healthcare professionals in compliance with company guidelines.
- Develop and maintain superior product and disease state knowledge to engage in clinical dialogue with HCPs.
- Cultivate relationships with customers to identify needs and deliver innovative treatments for patients with neuropsychiatric, neurologic, and other disorders.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to share market insights and optimize resource allocation.
- Create and execute compliant business plans to achieve territory objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
- Valid driver's license and safe driving record.
- 1 years of previous sales experience in pharmaceuticals, biologics, and/or medical device sales.
- Strong desire and passion for improving patient lives.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing environments.
- Excellent decision-making judgment, teamwork, and cross-functional skills.
