Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales forecasts within assigned territory by calling on healthcare professionals in compliance with company guidelines.
• Develop and maintain superior product and disease state knowledge to engage in clinical dialogue with HCPs.
• Cultivate relationships with customers to identify needs and deliver innovative treatments for patients with neuropsychiatric, neurologic, and other disorders.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to share market insights and optimize resource allocation.
• Create and execute compliant business plans to achieve territory objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record.
• 1 years of previous sales experience in pharmaceuticals, biologics, and/or medical device sales.
• Strong desire and passion for improving patient lives.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing environments.
• Excellent decision-making judgment, teamwork, and cross-functional skills.
