Job Description
This is a 13-week assignment with 40 hours per week, with an average of 4-5 visits per day. You will be responsible for assessing patients' medical needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.
- 20-25 patients weekly
- Mileage reimbursement at current government rate
- Proof of Insurance (Auto) minimum of $100,000/$300,000 coverage or $300,000 combined single limit liability
