Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Surgical Technologist to join our team for a 13-week travel assignment in York, Maine.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in surgical technology and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist surgeons and anesthesiologists during surgical procedures
- Prepare and maintain surgical equipment and instruments
- Ensure a safe and sterile environment for patients
- Communicate effectively with the healthcare team
Requirements:
- Associate's degree in Surgical Technology or related field
- Current certification as a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Surgical Technologist
- Ability to work 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day, with a flexible schedule
