Travel Physical Therapist Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team on a travel assignment in Medford, Wisconsin.
Job Summary:
This 13-week travel position requires a licensed Physical Therapist to work 40 hours per week, with an 8-hour shift schedule. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and demonstrate a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans to improve mobility and function.
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to address patients' physical limitations and promote optimal recovery outcomes.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions of care and provide comprehensive support to patients and their families.
- Document all patient interactions, treatments, and progress in a timely and accurate manner.
Requirements:
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of Wisconsin.
- Graduate degree from an accredited physical therapy program.
- At least 1 year of experience working as a Physical Therapist, preferably in a home health setting.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
