Hartford, CT – FNP - FQHC – To $140K Fed Loan Repay $10K sign bonus

• Hartford, New Britain or Waterbury locations
• 1 year minimum FNP prescribing experience required
• Work in an Integrative setting - see Kids and Adults
• Work Monday thru Friday – Full Time
• See 15 patients / day
• Work alongside a Physician, NP’s and MA’s
• DEA and Controlled Substance License required
• Suboxone license or willing to apply needed
• Light – rotating on call via phone
• Federal Loan Repay qualified - $50K / 2 years service
• Full Time – Strong benefits, malpractice and & PTO
• 122K to $140K DOE $10K Sign bonus
