This is a full-time position working 40 hours a week, hours Monday-Friday 8 : 00am – 5 : 00pm and an occasional Saturday 8 : 00am – 1 : 00pm (typically once a quarter). POSITION SUMMARY : Responsible for performing member solutions activities associated with various delinquent member accounts, including overdrafts, Visa credit cards, lines of credit, secured loans, signature loans and real estate loans. Reviews delinquent accounts, determines probable reasons for account status, and contacts members to resolve the delinquencies. Utilizes various techniques, as circumstances indicate, to promptly collect on delinquent accounts. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
