Metal Roof Manufacturer looking for a Brake Press Operator / Roll Former Operator to join a great and growing team. Work environment is high-performing, respectful, and rewarding. Qualifications
- Works well in a team environment, but is also self-motivated
- Be willing to cross-train in other areas if necessary
- Someone who will truly care about other team members
- Able to carry move up to 50 lbs consistently
- Be quality-conscious
- Ability to maintain pleasant demeanor under stress
- Ability to multi-task within a team environment
- Ability to be organized and thorough in responsibilities
- Prior industry experience a plus, but not required
- Be professional and courteous to customers
- Willing to work indoors or outdoors
Primary duties include, but are not limited to:
- Use Brake Press Folder to make flashings for Metal Roofing Packages
- Possibly operate Metal Roof Panel Rollformer (training provided)
- Help stack flashings in trays for delivery
- Help load customers and follow procedures
- Keep shop areas neat and organized
- Other shop-related tasks as required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
