Key Responsibilities:
- Loan Structuring: Partner with loan officers and underwriters to structure OTC loans that meet both borrower needs and program guidelines.
- Disclosures Management: Ensure timely and compliant issuance of disclosures in accordance with RESPA, TILA, and other regulatory standards.
- Initial Closing Coordination: Collaborate with title companies, builders, and borrowers to facilitate seamless loan closings, ensuring all documentation and funds are in place.
- Construction Draws: Oversee and manage construction draw processes, coordinating with builders and borrowers to ensure timely disbursements tied to project milestones.
- Conversion and Modification: Lead the conversion of construction loans into permanent financing, maintaining compliance with guidelines and ensuring accurate documentation.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in construction lending, with specific expertise in One Time Close (OTC) loans.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of OTC loan programs, including disclosures, closings, construction draws, and conversion/modification processes.
- Regulatory Compliance: Familiarity with federal and state mortgage lending regulations, such as TRID, RESPA, and TILA.
