Loan Officer Assistant

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Junior Loan Officer to join our team! The Junior Loan Officer will be responsible for assisting clients with mortgage applications, collecting required documents, and discussing different loan programs and rates. This position offers an opportunity for career growth, with potential to advance into a Senior Loan Officer role.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with completing mortgage applications accurately and efficiently.
• Collect and review all necessary loan documents to ensure compliance
• Educate borrowers on different loan programs, interest rates, and mortgage options.
• Work closely with senior loan officers, team processor, and underwriters to move applications through the approval process.
• Maintain clear and timely communication with clients and real estate agents
• Stay up to date on mortgage guidelines, market trends, and industry regulations.
• Ensure a smooth and positive experience for clients throughout the loan process.
• Utilize our CRM system for lead generation, database follow-up, and client retention efforts.

Schedule & Availability:

• In-office position (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM) at least 4 days per week.
• Covers 1 week per month after hours and is on-call 1 weekend per month.
