Overview
We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Greeter/Appointment Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing a warm welcome and ensuring a positive experience from the moment they arrive. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for customer service, as well as a basic understanding of automotive services.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers as they enter the facility with a friendly demeanor.
- Provide information about services offered and assist customers in navigating the facility.
- Work lead sheets to create customer appointments
- Answer customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate service personnel.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to create a welcoming environment.
- Assist in scheduling appointments for vehicle services.
- Collaborate with service technicians to ensure customer needs are met efficiently.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues promptly.
Skills
- Mechanical knowledge related to automotive services is preferred.
- Strong sales skills to promote services effectively.
- Familiarity with, brake repair, shocks struts, and tire service is advantageous.
- Experience as a service technician or in an auto body repair setting is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers positively.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while maintaining individual responsibilities.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
