Job Description
The Sr. Manager of Operations Finance will lead the end-to-end financial planning process for inventory and over $1.4 billion in costs across materials, manufacturing, and logistics. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Operations Finance, this role will act as a key finance partner for the Operations, Accounting, and Corporate/Brand Finance teams, driving both near- and long-term strategic growth.

Responsibilities:
- RUNNING THE PLAY: 40% of Time
- ANALYZE, SYNTHESIZE, TRANSLATE: 30% of Time
- PARTNER TO BUILD THE FUTURE: 30% of Time
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 7 years of progressively responsible FP&A experience within the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industry
- 3 years focused on Supply Chain or Operations Finance FP&A
- 3 years of prior team management experience required
- Highly skilled in Supply Chain / Operations Finance
