What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Manager Commercial Glass and Glazing position at Premier One Recruiting?
Seeking an experienced Project Manager with experience in commercial aluminum storefronts, windows, curtain walls, door hardware, aluminum entry doors, interior architectural glass, etc.
Experience with small single door/window projects to projects ranging up to $1mm in contract value.
Experience is the commercial glass and glazing industry is a must, as this is not an entry level position. Knowledge of Kawneer, CMI, EFCO, Old Castle, and other industry specific products.
Candidates should be proficient in AutoCAD, GDS, Bluebeam, Procore, and Microsoft office.
Experience/being proficient in estimating and plan take offs is a plus.
