Responsibilities:
- Patient Registration and presenting treatment plans
- Managing incoming calls from Patients and Referring Offices
- Maintaining phone systems and voicemail
- Co-management of cancellation list
- Efficiently schedule appointments while maintaining detail and accuracy in terms of data entry
- Confirm Appointments
- Assist with mail, sorting, and filing of invoices
- Presents in a pleasant, professional manner.
- Administrative and Office responsibilities
