Shift:
- 7am - 3:30pm
- Monday-Friday
Expected Hours:
- 40 Hours
- Overtime When Needed
Pay Frequency:
- Bi-Weekly
Essential Functions:
- Comply with established performance standards on each job. (Also known as “time study” or “pieces per hour.”)
- Operate a stitch gun, glue gun, hand bander, heat gun and bundler.
- Follow assembly procedures and guidelines to ensure the correct assembly of products.
- Perform general housekeeping of a workstation and assigned common area to include sweeping and disposal of trash.
- Conduct quality checks on assembled products to ensure they meet specified standards.
- Handle and transport corrugated materials within the assembly area.
- Collaborate with forklift operators or other material handlers as needed.
- Work efficiently to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and minimize downtime.

Qualifications
Education / Physical / Requirements:
- At least 18 years of age
- Lift up to 25 lbs. alone and up to 50 lbs. assisted.
- Manual dexterity and the ability to use hand tools and power tools.
- Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Basic math skills for counting and measuring.
Salary : $17 - $21
