Position: Shuttle Driver- CDL with Class B

A CDL shuttle driver should possess excellent customer service and communication skills, a positive attitude, and a professional appearance and demeanor. CDL Shuttle drivers should also safely, courteously, and efficiently handle the parking needs of patrons. CDL Shuttle drivers should also greet arriving and departing guest, offer ancillary services to guest upon arrival as applicable to the location guidelines.
CDL Shuttle Driver Job Responsibilities and Duties:
• CDL CLASS B REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION
• Must arrive to work in complete uniform and maintain a neat, clean, and professional appearance upon and throughout entirety of each shift
• Carefully drive each shuttle to/from the assigned or designated locations
• Complete pre-shift and end-shift safety check and document any damage or necessary information pertaining to the shuttle
• Report any accidents, observed, or suspected violation of company policy, safety hazards, or anything unusual surrounding the vehicle, parking facility, or fellow employees to the supervisor immediately
• Maintain proper standards of conduct and professionalism at all times
• Observe and practice all traffic laws and safe driving practices
• Keep shuttle neat and tidy at all times
• Follow all company policies and procedures at all times
• Assist the leadership team with any additional duties as they become assigned
• Assist patrons with directions and other information as needed
• Respond to patrons questions, complaints, or any other comments in a prompt, respectful, and helpful manner
• Observe and practice all traffic laws and safe driving practices
• Keep shuttles neat and tidy at all times
• Assist Management with any additional duties as they become assigned
Education, Skills, and Qualifications:
• Must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 25 years of age (insurance requirement)
• Must have a current valid CDL
• Qualified applicants must be able to provide and maintain a current D.O.T. physical medical card or Department of Transportation (D.O.T.) medical examination given by a certified doctor OR be willing to submit, and pass, a D.O.T. physical examination.
• Must have less than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years and an acceptable driving record
• Ability to read, comprehend, communicate, and write simple correspondence effectively to both customers and/or employees
• Flexibility to move and lift items of up to twenty-five (25) lbs., as needed
• Regularly required to sit, walk, and/or stand for extended periods of time for the duration of scheduled shift
• Must be able to work in all types of weather conditions
