Job Summary :
A Valet Parking Attendant is responsible for providing excellent customer service by parking and retrieving vehicles for guests in a safe and efficient manner. They greet customers, assist with luggage if needed, and ensure a smooth and professional parking experience.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Physical stamina to stand, run, and lift moderately heavy objects.
Attention to detail and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Responsibilities :
Greet guests courteously upon arrival and departure.
Assist guests with opening doors and handling luggage if needed.
Park and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently.
Ensure guest vehicles are handled with care and secured properly.
Maintain a log of parked vehicles and provide claim tickets.
Follow traffic and safety regulations while driving vehicles.
Keep the valet area clean and organized.
Assist with directing traffic and managing parking spaces.
Handle guest inquiries or concerns professionally.
Work closely with hotel, restaurant, or event staff to ensure smooth operations.
Collaborate with management to enhance guest services and improve overall valet operations.
