We are seeking a detail-oriented with great Customer service skills to join our dynamic team. This position requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The Office Coordinator will work closely with project managers and teams to ensure that projects are completed on time and within scope.
Job Duties
- Support project estimating by gathering necessary data and collaborating with estimating teams.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills are a must!!
- Answer inbound phone calls to schedule jobs and handle customer service inquiries.
- Handle various customer inquiries and requests efficiently and accurately
- Facilitate communication between team members, subcontractors, and clients to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Natural ability to communicate efficiently and effectively to build and maintain highly regarded relationships with customers, clients and vendors.
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience in customer service environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage priorities and workflow
- Versatility, flexibility and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
