Position Title: Payroll Specialist
Overall Responsibilities:
· Process client payrolls
· Customer Service; Answer client questions and support as needed
· Train clients on software and payroll/HR issues
· Assist in quarter and year end processing
· Ensure client satisfaction
Specific Responsibilities:
· Handle incoming phone calls/emails/faxes from clients
· Process all payrolls and employee maintenance accurately and efficiently
· Assist with Agency forms; ex: unemployment, worker’s compensation, child support, etc.
· Assist with quarterly and year end reports and W-2s
· Assist with other projects as assigned by management
· Keep current on product features and new legislation as it pertains to client payroll processing
Skills Required
· Basic knowledge of payroll and payroll processing
· Knowledge of Hospitality payroll requirements is a Plus
· Knowledge of Solved software is a Plus
· Strong Customer Service focus
· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
· Ability to function in a high pressure, zero defects, time sensitive environment
· Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools; ex: Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
Experience and Education
· High School diploma or equivalent
· College degree preferred but not required
· 2 years providing customer service preferred
· 2 year in Payroll / HR related position preferred
Salary / Benefits
· Negotiable based on experience and qualifications
· Over 40 hours a week paid at time and ½
· Quarterly and annual bonuses available based on performance

Hours:
· Full Time, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM on most days
· End of day is 4:30 PM or when all work for the day is done
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
