What are the responsibilities and job description for the Registered Nurse (RN) position at Premier Pediatrics, PLLC?
Premier Pediatrics is looking for a warm & caring clinical RN for our Primary Care/Urgent Care practice - pediatric experience is a plus but not required. RN must demonstrate proficiency in administering the fundamentals of the nursing process, perform basic assessment of patients, record vital signs and administer vaccines & medicines, as necessary. Must be a great communicator with coworkers, parents/patients and love working with children. RN may be responsible for completing paperwork such as referrals, prior authorizations, medical records requests, etc.
Clinic hours are Monday-Friday 8 am to 8 pm, Saturday 9 am to 6 pm and Sunday 12 pm to 6 pm. This position typically works two to three 12 hour shifts during the week and every other weekend.
Education Requirements/Skills: Current license to practice nursing in the state of Arkansas, excellent time management & organizational skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to prioritize tasks, strong analytical & problem-solving skills, ability to establish effective working relationships with patients & staff, proficient with computers/typing
