Salary: $116,480 - $124,800 Annual

- Monday-Friday, typically one Saturday per month with a day off during the week.
- Comprehensive benefits package, including health, vision, and dental insurances, 401K, PTO, etc.
- Scheduled breaks (2/day) and lunches.
- Our pharmacists never have to take call!
- Always another pharmacist on duty.
- On-site billing department to handle claims adjudication.
- Be in possession of a pharmacist's license in good-standing with the Arkansas State Board of Pharmacy.
- Have 1-2 years of experience as a practicing pharmacist, including sterile compounding.
- Be able to sit or stand for long periods of time and occasionally lift 25 pounds.
- Possess excellent written and verbal skills.
- Demonstrate compassion for residents and their caregivers
