What are the responsibilities and job description for the 7on/7off Pharmacy Technician position at Premier Pharmacy Care?
About the Job:
Friday through Thursday 9:30am-8pm weekdays and 7:00am-9:00pm Saturday/Sunday. Under general supervision, assist the pharmacist in filling physician's orders, and selecting and packaging medications for delivery to our nursing homes.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately select and fill medications according to physician orders.
- Prepare and maintain emergency medication kits for use in our nursing facilities.
- Maintain pharmacy records.
- Field phone calls from nursing facilities, and triage and process the requests.
Qualifications:
- Two years of pharmacy experience is preferred.
- Ability to work independently.
- Exemplary verbal communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Current pharmacy technician license in good standing with the State of Arkansas.
Salary : $19
