Premier Physician Services, LLC has a unique opportunity working with the client located in and around Dothan, AL. Flexibility to work 5 days per month, 8 : 30am-4 : 00pm (No Weekends). You choose the days!As a General Dentistry Provider you will : Provide general dentistry care to residents of senior living facilities and nursing homes within a 60-minute radius of your home, including : ExamsX-raysFillingsSimple extractions (MANDATORY)Dentures (new, replacements, repairs)Cleanings (primarily performed by RDH, but willingness to perform cleanings when RDH is unavailable is required)Travel with a seasoned dental assistant and a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) (note : RDH availability may vary by area)Treat elderly patients in various settings within the facility, including patient rooms, common areas, and dedicated clinic spacesMobile dental chair provided in most casesProvider must be tolerant and respectful towards elderly patients, immobile patients, and residents with dementia and other incapacitating ailmentsRequirements : Board Certified DMD or DDSLicense required : AL, possible WTLTB test or chest X-ray within the past 12 months requiredHepatitis B vaccination requiredFlu / COVID-19 vaccinations preferred, but if not vaccinated, provider must be willing to undergo rapid testing on-siteFor Additional information and immediate consideration, please contact Cheryl or call / text .
