Premier Physician Services, LLC, is currently seeking experienced Emergency Medicine Advanced Practice Providers to work with our client company located in Philadelphia, PA. In this direct hire position, you will work with a team of highly skilled Emergency Medicine professionals treating patients in a fast-paced hospital ER environment.
Compensation: $115/hr (1099 Independent Contractor. Malpractice Insurance Tail Coverage included)

Responsibilities
- Conduct patient assessments, including history-taking, physical exams, and ordering diagnostic tests.
- Diagnose and manage acute illnesses, injuries, and medical emergencies.
- Develop and implement treatment plans, including prescribing medications and performing procedures within scope of practice.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
- Perform emergency procedures such as suturing, splinting, and wound care as needed.
- Provide patient education and discharge instructions.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
- Adhere to hospital policies and state regulations governing advanced practice roles.
- Master s degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
- Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP), or Physician Assistant (PA-C).
- Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in the state of Philadelphia.
- DEA license and ability to prescribe medications.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in emergency medicine
- Proficiency in emergency procedures such as suturing, incision and drainage, and splinting.
- Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS
- Preferred: ATLS
- Strong clinical decision-making and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for patient and team interactions.
