Duties

- Collect and analyze data related to employee performance, satisfaction, and turnover.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Perform various administrative tasks including maintaining employee records and documentation.
- Utilize HR software such as Salesforce, UltiPro, and SAP for efficient data management.
- Execute data entry tasks accurately to ensure up-to-date information in HR systems.
