Premier Placements is seeking a Bilingual Training Supervisor with outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills for a DIRECT HIRE opportunity in Reidsville, NC. The Training Supervisor will work in a food manufacturing environment, closely with Production, Sanitation, Engineering, and Human Resources departments coordinating the training of hourly associates. This is a floor position, as the Training Supervisor you may spend up to 80% of the time working with associates on the floor.
Schedule : Monday - Friday 8 : 00am - 5 : 00pm 2 weekends / month
Salary : $70,000-$72,000 base salary 10% yearly bonus!
Responsibilities :
- Coordinate with Human Resources Administrator and Production Supervisors for new hire tryouts.
- Evaluate applicant for suitability in production environment during training period.
- Be the liaison between supervisors, trainees, and new hires.
- Consult with Plant Managers and Supervisors to assess training needs in each department.
- Develop and maintain continual education support materials to be used for reference once training has been completed.
- Document procedures for the plant standard operation processes and develop training letters.
- Continually evaluate training progress and training procedures to monitor and analyze course effectiveness and update curriculum as needed.
- Develop key performance indicators to report on training objectives.
