This full-time, in-office position is based in our dynamic and expanding practice, currently managing $13 million in assets, with plans for significant growth across multiple states. This role is critical to the firm’s success and offers the potential to advance into an Operations Manager or Office Manager position as the business scales.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Servicing & Administrative Support:
- Facilitate client onboarding, account setup, and documentation processing with precision.
- Handle client distributions, account updates, and service requests efficiently.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate client records, CRM data, and documentation to ensure compliance.
Scheduling & Business Operations:
- Manage the advisor’s calendar, coordinate appointments, and schedule client meetings.
- Organize seminars, workshops, and lead distribution activities to support business growth.
- Oversee agent contracting and assist with licensing and onboarding of downline advisors.
- Manage office operations, including vendor relationships, supply orders, and office organization.
Sales & Marketing Support:
- Assist with email campaigns, client communications, and follow-ups.
- Track leads, referrals, and monitor marketing campaign effectiveness.
- Support outreach initiatives, networking events, and marketing projects.
- Maintain and update the client and prospect database for accurate reporting.
Future Growth & Leadership Potential:

Qualifications:
Required:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems.

- Familiarity with DocuSign, scheduling platforms, and lead tracking systems.
