The Opportunity

You’ll be the linchpin of our growing firm. You’ll manage day-to-day operations, support client success, and ensure everything runs smoothly. But that’s just the beginning. This role evolves into something greater—a leadership position where you’ll drive innovation, scalability, and excellence.

What You’ll Do

  • Client Engagement : Oversee communications, handle distributions, and manage the client onboarding process.
  • Operational Excellence : Organize workflows, coordinate schedules, and ensure seamless operations.
  • Growth Leadership : Contract new agents, distribute leads, and execute follow-ups after events or seminars.
  • Strategic Contribution : Partner with ownership to shape the company’s growth trajectory and success.
