Sales Representative/Inspector Job Description

Location: Cedar Rapids, IA and Urbandale, IA

Schedule: Full-Time

• This is a sales position so hours will vary depending on customer schedules and daylight.
• Evening availability is required and weekend availability as necessary.

Compensation:

• Expected first year earning potential: $50,000 - $75,000
• Daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly bonuses!
• High performers can earn upwards of $100,000 annually.
• Performance based pay plan.
• Hourly paid training period.

Experience Requirements: NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED!

Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Prospect and inquire potential customers primarily through door-to-door sales.
• Inspect properties for storm damage following the Premier Plus Storm Team guidelines.
• Assist customers through the insurance claims process following the Premier Plus Storm Team guidelines.
• Collect and organize all documents from your customers.
• Provide a superior customer experience.
• The ability to lift up to 50lbs when necessary.
• Comfortable climbing a ladder & getting on a residential roof when necessary.
• The ability to work in different weather conditions.
• The ability to walk up to 3 miles in one day.
• Any other duties assigned by your leadership team.

Travel:

• Short distance travel is a requirement of this position, up to 75% of the time.
• Accommodations and per diem are included if necessary.
• A company vehicle or an agreement to use a personal vehicle will be discussed in the interview. Gas is paid for when on the job.
• Mileage reimbursement is also an option for those who want to drive their own vehicles. Personal vehicles must be approved by Premier Plus.
