Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate the sales team activities
- Calling customers over via telephone
- Participating in sales events
- Addressing walk-in customers around a showroom floor
- Analyze and meet sales performance targets
- Identify sales goals and address areas of improvement
- Actively make contacts with lead/opportunities of potential pool customers 7-10 touchpoint system tracking
- Report on individual performance via weekly team meeting
- Develop and execute innovative sales strategies
- Build and form new partnerships with potential clients
- Maintain communications with customers of PPAS to ensure successful customer service
- Previous experience in sales of swimming pools, customer service, or related field
- Experience as a supervisor or manager
- Understanding of swimming pool construction (equipment, costs, timelines)
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to build rapport with clients
