The Front Office Professional is responsible for providing superior customer service to all our internal and external customers at the front desk and supporting other departments as needed and assigned.
This is a list of the primary responsibilities, however, additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned as needed for organizational success.
Requirements
- Provide superior customer service to internal and external customers, visitors, vendors, and other guests in person, and/or via phone or email, while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Facilitate and foster new and existing relationships with our customers.
- Address all customers’ and other inquires in an effective manner.
- Support accounting, billing, marketing, purchasing,. and other departments as needed.
- Perform all task assigned including but not limited to data entry, processing and monitoring of
- Customer service and reception duties..
- Assist all visitors upon entry pursuant to company standards.
- Support scheduling for company internal and external events.
- Oversee office supplies and professional space.
- Support revisions, edits and updates of customer quotes and letters.
- Track and maintain purchase orders, deposits, reconcile invoices and support accounts payable with coding and reconciling.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency with Microsoft suite of products
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to cooperate with all levels of staff.
- 2 years receptionist and accounting experience preferred.
- Minimum High School diploma or GED
- Customer service experience preferred.
