The Charter Sales and Revenue Manager position will be responsible for all aspects of managing a team of sales associates as well as providing sales data and analytics. Candidates must have a proven sales track record and previous experience motivating and building a sales team. Candidates must be able to work and thrive in a fast paced often stressful environment. Nights and weekends may be required.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Collect, report, and communicate all sales data and analytics.
- Meeting and exceeding sales goals both individually and departmentally
- Client/Trip Management
- Source aircraft for brokered and recovery flights
- Maintain client relationships
- Conduct and attend weekly sales meetings with management and team
- Continue to develop best practices and new SOP’s to ensure efficient and effective sales efforts
- Covering sales shifts when team members are unable to perform tasks to ensure sales coverage
- Management of KPI’s for all team members
- Continuous training and development for sales team members

Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:
- Knowledge and experience with Jet Insight preferred
- Excellent Verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent computer proficiency
- Ability to sell and close deals
- Ability to handle customer issues in a calm and professional manner
- Ability to solve problems in a timely and efficient manner
- Min. 5-10 years of Management experience
- Must have knowledge of 14 CFR 135 &91
- Must be a team player
- Must be able to work under pressure.
- Must submit to drug screen and background check
