Customer Service Representative - Part-time
This is a part-time position with the potential to transition into a full-time role based on performance and business needs.

As a leading food service distributor serving Ohio and beyond, we take pride in providing high-quality produce, specialty items, and outstanding service to our customers. In this role, you will primarily support our Sales Department while collaborating across multiple teams to ensure our customers receive seamless service.
KEY RESPONSABILITIES:
- Conduct daily order reviews to verify accuracy in delivery dates and order requirements
- Generate reports to monitor product availability and distribution
- Maintain up-to-date client records and inform customers about product availability
- Assist customers with order entry and manage accounts efficiently
- Facilitate communication of new customer details between departments
- Gain product knowledge and become proficient in our ERP system for order processing
- Handle customer credits and assist with special projects as needed
- Manage multiple deadlines while providing timely reporting
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong time management skills in a fast-moving environment
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset
- High school diploma or GED
- Reliable transportation (this is an on-site position)
- Prior experience in customer service or administration (preferred)
