Schedule: Sunday through Thursday

Job Summary
The Janitorial Maintenance Associate is responsible for ensuring the facility's cleanliness, maintenance, and adherence to sanitation standards. This role requires maintaining up-to-date HAACP, GMP, SOP, and pest control documentation while supporting the operational needs of the facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning and sanitation tasks throughout the facility, including production areas, offices, and restrooms.
• Maintain and update HAACP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points), GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), SOP (Standard Operating Procedures), and pest control documentation.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure compliance with sanitation standards and food safety protocols.
• Safely handle and store cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Assist with minor maintenance tasks and general upkeep of the facility.
• Respond to urgent sanitation or maintenance issues as they arise.
• Collaborate with team members and management to identify and address sanitation or facility concerns.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proven experience in janitorial or maintenance work, preferably in a warehouse or industrial setting.
• Familiarity with cleaning equipment and safe handling of cleaning chemicals.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 70 pounds, standing, bending, and walking for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and organization.
• Must be able to read English.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Applicants must pass a drug test, including screening for marijuana, to be eligible for employment.

Work Environment
This role operates in a warehouse environment that may involve exposure to varying temperatures, noise, dust, and other environmental factors.
Personal protective equipment (PPE) will be provided as required.
