Family owned landscaping business of 22 years is seeking an energetic and highly motivated Office Assistant with at least 1 year experience (with a landscaping company a plus, but not required).

- Maintain office cleanliness and organization
- Accounts payable
- Debt Collection
- Process statements
- Dispatching jobs
- Data Entry

Requirements:
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Need be dependable, reliable and willing to be flexible
- Must have a great personality while answering phones and working with customers
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Excellent organizational skills are critical to prioritize tasks and effectively manage time
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks
- Attention to detail and innovative problem solver
- Time management, multitasking and independency once trained
- Be efficient and have tenacity to do your best
