Description:
Premier Property Maintenance is in search of a dedicated lawn care applicator to join our team. While a licensed applicator would be advantageous, we are open to training the right candidate. Your primary responsibilities will include fertilizing lawns, weed control, pest treatment, mosquito control, lawn aeration, overseeding, ornamental plant care, and various other tasks. Our applicators serve as ambassadors for our company, requiring excellent customer service skills and the ability to address customer inquiries effectively. This role involves physical labor, necessitating a brisk walking pace, operation of equipment such as spreaders (Z Spray), and lifting and transporting bags weighing up to 50 pounds. We provide comprehensive training alongside our experienced and supportive team.
Off season work includes equipment cleaning, painting, and maintenance, snowplowing and salting.

Experience:

Requirements:
- Applicants must be at least 18 years old to apply.
- Willingness to study for and pass state certification exams. Initial exam fees are covered by the company.
- Valid MDARD certified commercial pesticide applicators license with CORE, 3A, 3B, 6, and 7F required.
- Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record is essential. Our insurance policy mandates this requirement.
- Commitment to daily work attendance and delivering top-notch service to our customers.
- Capability to lift and carry 50-pound bags and equipment, as well as push spreaders or manage hoses over extensive lawn areas.
- Ability to work safely and efficiently in varying weather conditions.
- Compliance with state regulations regarding chemical handling and protective gear, which will be provided by the company.
- A genuine enjoyment of outdoor work and interacting with customers.
