We have an immediate need for an Administrator in our Property Management division. Bilingual Spanish and English is a definite asset. You will be joining a dynamic team in our Memphis-area office, to assist in all areas of property management and leasing. Our company manages 7,800 single-family residential properties in Memphis, Dallas, San Antonio, Houston, Oklahoma City, Tulsa, St. Louis, Little Rock, Birmingham, Huntsville & Tuscaloosa for 4,000 investors from all over the world.
General Accountabilities
- Handling questions & requests at the Front Desk and receiving & processing payments.
- Assists with inputting and maintaining property listings in online databases.
- Assists with maintenance calls and questions from vendors, residents or owners.
- Assists with screening applications, fielding telephone calls and scheduling and closing leases.
- Organizes and maintains filing of lease and property files in accordance with rules and regulations.
- Maintains contact with customers and outside vendors.
- Provides reports, information management, maintain filing systems, supplies, and other clerical services.
- Performs other related duties as requested or assigned.
Job Qualifications
- Minimum Education: High School diploma
- Minimum Experience Preferred: 2-3 Years

Pay: $40,000.00 per year
