Overview
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our onsite team for a 113 unit Apartment Complex in Ridgefield, WA. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of multifamily housing maintenance, including hands on repairs, facility maintenance, vendor coordination, and work order management.
Responsibilities
- Perform general troubleshooting and repairs to apartment units
- Review, prioritize, and manage unit work orders
- Order parts, maintain onsite inventory, and advise on items needed for the complex
- Perform routine inspections of the grounds and facilities
- Maintain the community pool, including routine cleanings and chemical checks
- Assist the onsite property manager with unit turn inspections and turn work
- Coordinate with third party vendors as needed
- Other duties as may be assigned
Requirements
- Prior experience residential home repair experience required.
- 5 years of home repair experience.
- Multifamily repair experience highly desired.
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass required background checks
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
