We are looking for a Leasing Consultant for our Student Property in College Station, TX. We would like to fill this position as soon as possible.
The Leasing Consultant is the community’s sales representative whose primary duties are to greet clients, present the features and benefits of their assigned community professionally, and properly secure lease agreements from qualified persons.
The Leasing Consultant is extremely service oriented and strives to make current residents feel welcome and comfortable in their community.
Job duties for this position are as follows: (to include but not limited to)
- Ensure property is leased to maximum capacity.
- Greet prospects and qualify by covering all leasing criteria.
- Have prospects complete an application and secure deposit in accordance with the company procedures and Fair Housing requirements.
- Ensure apartment is ready for resident move-in on agreed date.
- Monitor advertising effectiveness. Gather information about market competition in the area.
- Maintain curb appeal of the exterior of your property and buildings to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist with implementing resident retention programs and resident activities.
Required Education and Experience: (to include but not limited to)
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Some property management and/or sales experience is required.
Job Requirements: (to include but not limited to)
- Must be able to work a flexible work schedule
- Weekends may be required
