What You’ll Do:
• Build and deliver investor-grade financials that drive smart decisions.
• Own A/P, A/R, payroll, audits, tax prep, and monthly close.
• Support budget forecasting and profitability strategy—not just tracking history, but guiding the future.
• Partner with our Controller and leadership to systematize operations and prepare us to scale.
What You’ll Bring:
• 3–5 years of accounting or finance experience (bonus for real estate or insurance).
• Deep Excel fluency and comfort with accounting platforms.
• Obsessive attention to detail, a systems mindset, and proactive problem-solving.
• Excellent written/spoken English, and a hunger for growth and contribution.
