SUMMARY:
Provide customers with technical support, thorough and expeditious quotes, and troubleshooting assistance.
OFFICE HOURS:
8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Primary responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Maintain current knowledge of all products we sell, their applications, and updates.
- Develop meaningful relationships with customers.
- Provide technical support for all residential, commercial, and alternative energy product offerings for our water systems division.
- Provide customer quotations, recommend solutions, size systems, and troubleshoot applications.
- Upsell products and services.
- Collaborate with customer service on systems and communications.
- Maintain a working knowledge of major product lines.
NON-ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participate in educational trainings.
- Other related duties as assigned.
CROSS-FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
In case of absence of other roles, additional responsibilities include:
Customer Service Support:
- Assist with customer inquiries regarding order status, product availability, and basic troubleshooting.
- Support order processing and documentation as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
