Position Overview:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Shipper Associate to join our team. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone who is ready to work hard, learn the business, and grow within a company that values internal development and long-term success.
Key Responsibilities:
Shipping (Primary Focus)
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders quickly and accurately.
- Complete shipping documents and select the best carriers for each order.
- Handle customer pickups and “Will Call” orders.
- Process returns and warranty shipments to vendors.
- Maintain a clean and organized shipping area.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (training provided).
Warehouse Support (Secondary Duties)
- Help maintain kit accuracy and stock levels.
- Organize warehouse shelves for efficiency and visibility.
- Assist with receiving and inspecting inbound shipments.
- Support general warehouse upkeep, including trash disposal and snow removal.
- Notify purchasing of low stock or shortages.
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and work ethic
- Punctual, reliable, and willing to learn
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
