Data Analyst
As a Data Analyst at Premier PV, you will support data-driven decision-making by partnering with business leaders, data owners, and technical teams to design and optimize data models aligned with key objectives. You’ll develop efficient data collection processes, build insightful analytics, and integrate AI/ML models to uncover actionable insights.
Strong skills in Databricks, Power BI Semantic Models, DAX, SQL, and Python are essential, along with a strategic mindset and the ability to communicate across all levels of the organization. Your work will directly support process improvement, quality monitoring, and scalable reporting solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with department leaders to identify and prioritize report requests and data platform enhancement needs.
- Develop a strategy for data collection, relevant reports, analytics and establish review process.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of management
- Research all the available and usable tools within the company and utilize such tools to the fullest within Premier PV
- Identify and establish SPC program within the factory for critical to quality processes
- Monitor quality performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
- Resolve and/or facilitate resolution of problems including identifying cause to prevent re-occurrence. Identify and resolve business issues, escalate issues when appropriate.
- Integrate ML and AI Models into data reporting and analytics to create actionable insights
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field with 2-5 years’ experience in Project Management and Business analyst roles
- Master’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field with 0-2 years’ experience in Project Management and Business analyst roles
- Experience with or interest in learning artificial intelligence management in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering results on time and within budget.
- Strong knowledge of Database systems, visualization tools such as BI tools
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and statistical process control
- Experience working with platforms such as the Viewpoint ERP system.
- Experience with Microsoft copilot, Open ai - GPT and other Artificial intelligence skills
- Experience and/or ability to develop ML and AI Models is preferred

- Salary Range $64k-$85k annually
