Class A property at The Legends seeking full time leasing agent
Job Summary:
- The leasing consultant is the first point of contact for prospective and current residents.
- The person in this position is responsible for leasing and marketing the apartment community and maintaining positive resident relations.
- The ideal candidate is fun, creative, organized, detail oriented, self-motivated and works well in a team environment.
- Duties Include, but not limited to:
- Showing and renting apartments
- Marketing the property to the community and surrounding areas
- Processing move-ins and move-outs
- Processing applications for prospective residents
- Maintaining resident retention
- Assisting residents with questions, maintenance requests, payment of rent or other requests on a daily basis
- Utilizing phone and internet inquiries to market the community effectively
- Adhering to all Fair Housing laws

- 1-2 years leasing or sales experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- One Site experience a plus
- Weekends required

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 35 per week
