What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Worker position at Premier Real Estate Management LLC?
We are looking for a self-motivated individual to help us part time with the daily basic maintenance of a small apartment community in Minot, ND. Flexible schedule, some on-call hours, duties include but not limited to customer service, resident maintenance requests, painting, cleaning, grounds, and snow removal. Must be a team player and work with our other team player to achieve properties outlined goals.
