What are the responsibilities and job description for the Seeking FULL TIME Apartment Community Manager to oversee 132 units position at PREMIER REAL ESTATE MANAGEMENT, LLC?
We are seeking a full time apartment property manager. This position is perfect for someone who has a positive attitude and enjoys working with people, can multi-task and is looking for a career where no two days are the same. The ideal candidate will work well with little to no supervision, is organized and conducts themselves in a professional and honest manner at all times, will enjoy customer service, and will have excellent time management skills.
Compensation is hourly, based upon experience. We also offers a full benefit package including a company cell phone, paid vacation / sick time after 30 days, 401K and health / dental / vision / life insurance. The manager will have the option to live onsite and would receive a 2 bedroom / 2 bath apartment with 1 car attached garage as part of the compensation package if they choose.
Basic responsibilities include:
- Draw potential renters by advertising vacancies, obtaining referrals from current tenants, showing & leasing vacant units.
- Screen applications per policy in a timely manner
- Administer leases and collect initial rent and Security Deposits.
- Inspecting and processing move-ins and move-outs.
- Provide vacancy, delinquency and other reports to the Regional Manager, as requested.
- Enforce occupancy policies & procedures
- Distribute notices to residents
- Answer / respond to phone calls, e-mails and text messages in a timely manner
- Cleaning of vacant units and minor repairs, if appropriate
- Resolves tenant disputes in a timely, professional manner
- Take maintenance requests
- Snow blow / salt sidewalks as needed
- Pull weeds and address basic landscaping as needed
- Complete property inspections to ensure a positive curb appeal
- Respond to after-hour emergencies
- Duties assigned by the Regional Manager and Main Office, which will support the successful operation of the property.
- Work in accordance with state and federal fair housing regulation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.50 per hour
